At Azalea Wang, we want you to love your bold new look, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original packaging and tags are intact to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn footwear or apparel into the original box and secure it inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
